ive been geting some ads about battery monitors and since i never really had one i wanted to come here and ask if is worth getting one or its just a waste of money?

At the same time you can do pretty fine without them, It also really depends on the price. If you're not having any battery-related issues and just drive regularly, it might not be necessary cos a simple multimeter can check battery voltage too

nah, if your van is fairly new and well maintained, no battery issues at all or nothing really bothersome, I don't think those battery monitors are needed. but of course, if you feel like this is somethign you might need in the future, by all means, go for it!
