Coolant leak on '18 Promaster 2500

So I randomly went under my '18 to check few things and I discovered the coolant had been leaking apparently, I was at a parking lot when I noticed it and I dont know if this had been going on for the whole ride from my house that morning or it started on the journey, although its not too serious, just a few drops, but definitely not normal, the reservoir level has slowly gone down too, but the temperature is stable, I'm trying to get ahead of it before it turns into something worse.
I haven't had time to dig in deep yet so I'm bringing it to the house, what could be the issue

Typically, leaks can be traced back to a few culprits, a faulty radiator cap, a cracked reservoir, worn-out hoses, or maybe the water pump seal is playing tricks on you. When the engine's cooled down, take a good look around those hoses and the reservoir for any wet spots. If you can swing it, doing a pressure test is a fantastic way to sniff out any sneaky hidden leaks. Also, keep a close eye on your coolant level, if it keeps dropping it might be time to call in a mechanic before things get worse

A few drops shouldnt be too concerning, have you checked the hoses and stuff?

It could be a hose clamp loosening up or a slow seep from the water pump. Please do a pressure test ASAP so you can avoid all kinds of problems later on.
