Odometer issues

I did some rewiring to fix some power issues. After doing so, the odometer began flashing but no fault codes are found on the scanner. anyone else had the same issue? is this something i can fix or do i need to brign this to the mechanic?

Yeah, had that happen on mine after messing with wiring, it usually means something's off with the CANBUS or a module isn't communicating right. Even if there are no codes, it could be the cluster not seeing one of the control units, so double check all your grounds and connectors, especially anything related to the dash or BCM. I cleared mine up just by rechecking the harness I touched, might not need a mechanic yet.

If your wires and fuses look good, that flashing odometer might mean the car's computers aren't talking to each other right. the regular scanners might not see it.

a mechanic with fancy tools might be needed to figure it out. But do self check first, you might not need to bring it to a mechanic

A flashing odometer with no fault codes often signals a communication problem between your car's computer modules. It was probably triggered by your recent rewiring like what @Tempo-Run222 experienced. It might need a proxy alignment as @Primadonna suggested but that requires special tools to fix. So if you want the quickest way to get that odometer working again, you should book a trip to the mechanic!
