I'm tryna reinstall my overhead LED cargo light after my insulation project on my 2023 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Everything was unplugged cleanly and reconnected the same way, but now the light is just... dead. The fuse looks fine and the wiring is, too. Did I miss something in plain sight orrr?

Did you test the light itself to make sure it's not a faulty LED unit after being handled?
Just trying to rule out the simple stuff first..
Also, sometimes a ground connection can look fine but be just loose enough to prevent power.
Try checking with a multimeter on the connector itself to see if power is actually getting to the light.

Did you rebolt it in the same spot, making sure it contacts the metal body? It might use the body as a ground, which is pretty common.

Quick suggestion from us is look closer into that ground contact and maybe clean up the mounting point if there's any paint or rust. Yes usually the problem is in plain sight which is why you need fresh eyes. Right? Might be that it's just that tiny bit of poor contact messing it all up.
